Zara Estelle Co (“we”) is the data controller for the personal information you provide through this site. The intake questionnaire collects special-category health data (for example your medical history, symptoms, medications and lifestyle). We take its protection seriously.

What we collect

Your registration details (name, email) and your questionnaire responses, including health information you choose to share.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

We process your data to provide nutritional therapy to you. For health data we rely on your explicit consent and on the provision of health/therapy services. We never sell your data or use it for marketing.

How we protect it

Your data is stored in the United Kingdom, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to Zara and is logged. Sign-in is protected by Microsoft with multi-factor authentication.

Sharing

With your consent we may liaise with relevant health professionals (e.g. your GP). We use Microsoft Azure (UK) to host the service and to send you a copy of your questionnaire by email.

Cookies & analytics

Our public site uses a single, privacy-friendly analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. It is only set if you accept it in our cookie banner — until then, no analytics cookies are stored. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back. Cookies strictly necessary to sign in and use the client portal are always active, as the service cannot work without them.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact Zara to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Retention

We keep your records for as long as needed to provide your care and to meet professional and legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
