Mini Date Snickers

Slice each date lengthwise down one side and remove the stone.

Spoon a tsp of peanut butter into the middle of each date

Press a small square of dark chocolate into the peanut butter and close the date around it.

Finish with a tiny pinch of flaky salt, then chill in the fridge or freezer for 10- 15 minutes to firm up.
